An acquaintance of mine came for a consult – a second opinion –because he was aware of the excessive erosion of his lower incisors and maxillary anterior teeth. From his initial evaluation he was a class 3 with an anterior edge-to-edge bite. Records were taken. Of note is that limited occlusal adjustment was required at the completion of treatment to give him a solid bite. The patient was happy and I was happy.
